Add an event booking

The published event list and booking forms can be embedded on your website, which allows website visitors to register. You can also create bookings in UCare, which may be a useful option for handling inquiries at your information desk or over the phone.

To create a booking open the relevant event then tap the "New booking" button located on the bookings tab. Next, select the desired tickets, complete any required info and select the person making the booking (or enter their details if they don't have a profile on UCare). Now select the payment type.

When you tap save, the booking will be created. If your event is set to send a confirmation email, then the Send an email confirmation option will send the email when you click save. Along with the confirmation message, the email will include invoice info for paid bookings. If your ticket type has an image then a link to download those tickets will also be included.

Note: Even though the Special Guest section is hidden it is available when signed in to UCare, but it is not available on the public booking form.

Tip: You can set up discount codes and link them to the event if you need to apply discounts.
