When updating a person's profile in UCare, each ministry needs to collect different information. We recommend custom forms are created for each of these needs. Common example forms include changing a person's status, changing their campus, volunteering, and ensuring Working With Children certifications are correctly recorded.
On each profile page, you can find a new button in the top right corner called "Quick forms".
Admins can add all the common forms their teams need, allowing their non-tech-savvy volunteers to find the correct forms quickly. Plus, with the "Everyone can access" option, restricted forms can be filled by people who don't have access.
And because of the power of Forms, the questions can auto-fill with existing profile information, making completing forms faster than ever.
