You can now manage permissions through automated actions.
The Change the person’s access action allows you to grant, remove or change a person’s access.
Example: When new Kids team members complete training and receive their Working with Children certifications, this action sends them a welcome email so that they can sign into UCare, and start checking in or adding new families.
Example: When team members leave the Kids team, this action (with no selected options) removes their access to UCare.
