Search groups are just like regular groups except people are included based on easily selected criteria. Use them to create any report you need and to ensure people don't slip through the cracks.
Search is added next to the name of search groups. Also, note that there is no Remove selected members option on the action menu and no Add people button. This is because the group members update dynamically based on the search criteria, otherwise, search groups are just like any other group.
