How to force close an app - phone & tablet

If the UCare app becomes unresponsive on your phone or tablet, use the following steps to force it to close, then try to open it again.

Android

  1. Tap the Recents button to pull up a list of recently used apps.
  2. Scroll through the list of apps until you locate the one you wish to close.
  3. Swipe the app off the screen to close it.

iOS (with a Home button)

  1. Double-click the Home button.
  2. Swipe left or right until you locate the app you wish to close.
  3. Swipe the app up to close it.

iOS (with Face ID)

  1. From the bottom left of the screen, swipe up and right.
  2. Swipe left or right until you locate the app you wish to close.
  3. Swipe the app up to close it.
