You now have more control over how you communicate with your Teams in UCare’s Service plans. Previously, when you wanted to notify your team, you were able to send an email to all the people rostered in a Service. Thanks to UCare’s latest update, this can be further customized.
To view these changes, click the Send Email button in the top right of your service plan as usual. You will immediately notice a difference:
Firstly, you will notice that Recipients is now the main page, allowing you to specify who receives the email. You will see four statuses at the top of the page: Pending, Notified, Confirmed and Declined.
These checkboxes allow you to specify who you would like to receive the message based on whether they have responded, been notified or are yet to respond. This will enable you to contact specific people in the Service Plan without needing to email them individually.
Next, you can specify which Team you would like to email. This allows leaders of different teams to contact their respective teams rather than send a simple blanket email to everyone, which can still be done if all teams are ticked.
Last of all, you can also tick the individual people you would like to email. These new options allow for greater flexibility in contacting your teams.
