At the top right of the screen, tap on your name and tap Settings in the menu; then, on the settings page, tap Services.
Use these settings to choose the Sender ID for automatic SMS reminders and the default email template for service notifications and reminders.
- Service SMS Sender ID — the requested sender for automatic service reminder SMS. Leave it blank to use UCare. This is separate from SMS From when sending a message; the sender displayed on the phone can depend on your SMS account.
- Default email template — the email layout used for both service notifications and automatic reminders. You can choose a different template when sending an email notification. This setting is available even when SMS is not configured.
Custom email templates must contain {Message Content}. UCare replaces this placeholder with the message or reminder, including the service details and links to view plans and respond to requests. See Changing email template settings.
