If Planning Center access is removed or revoked, UCare shows the connection as disconnected and emails an administrator so they can address it. Automatic updates remain paused until you reconnect access.
Reconnect Planning Center
- Open Sync center → Planning Center, or follow the link in the Planning Center sync needs to be reconnected email.
- Select Reconnect Planning Center.
- Sign in to Planning Center using the account that should authorize the connection, then grant UCare access.
- Return to UCare and check that the disconnected warning is no longer shown.
Ask an administrator with access to the integration to complete these steps.
Check the result
After reconnecting, review a known linked profile before relying on the connection for important updates. If information changed while the connection was unavailable, ask UCare support to confirm whether anything needs attention. Do not assume every missed change has already caught up.
UCare sends the disconnection email once for each affected connection until it is reconnected.
A disconnected account is different from an unlinked profile
The Disconnected tab in the profile-linking list identifies Planning Center people that are not linked to a UCare profile. That is different from an account connection losing access.
Do not unlink people to clear an account-level connection warning. See Sync Planning Center for linking and disconnecting individual profiles.
