Using search is an easy way to navigate UCare and find people. You can find people by name, and if you're not sure of the spelling you only need type the first few letters of their first and last name.
To open search with tap the Search button at the top of the page. Alternatively you can press Ctrl + Shift + F on a PC or Cmd + Shift + F on a Mac.
The first option when searching is to search by name, you can type the whole name but a quicker option is to just typo the fist few letters of the first and last name as shown for John Smith.
Tip: If you hover over a person in the result list then after a second a little card with a photo and some contact info of that person will display, this can help you make sure this is the person you want.
The second option when searching is to search by phone number, you can type the whole number but a quicker option is to just type the last 4-5 digits of their phone number. So now if you had a missed call from an unknown contact you can try look it up on UCare.
The third option when searching is to search by email, again you can type the whole email but the quicker option is to just type the email up to @ symbol. Alternatively you can also search by email domain, for instance you could search @christianschool.edu to find all people with an email address from www.christianschool.edu.
