Merging duplicate households
You can step through all possible duplicates and confirm if you want to merge them. You are given two match options, either match by address or by household name.
When a potential match is found the details that caused the match are highlighted to help you see why they were matched help to you confirm if they are indeed duplicates.
Next to each household is a star and a checkbox. If checked then that household will be included in the merge. If there is a yellow star, that household is referred to as the winner. If there are any conflicting details then the details for the winning household are kept.
When the merge is confirmed the address details are merged to the winning household and the members of each checked household are also moved to the winning household.
To merge households tap Households in the left hand nav bar, then tap the merge button in the top right of the page
Tip: Always merge your duplicate households first, this will avoid people being moved to another household.
Merging duplicate people
To merge people tap People in the left hand nav bar, then tap the merge button in the top right of the page

When the merge is confirmed the name and gender are merged to the winning person then all the remaining details of the other selected profiles are also moved to the winning profile.
