The UCare Print app for Windows allows you to connect your Zebra and Brother printers to a Windows PC. In the UCare Check-in, you can then print to the Check-in name you entered in the Print app.
Nowadays, Most Windows PCs are 64-bit, but if you have a 32-bit version of Windows, we have also included those links below.
Note: Some Windows devices must first install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. If you’re not sure, please go ahead and try to install this.
- Windows 64-bit - VC_redist.x64.exe
- Windows 32-bit - VC_redist.x86.exe
Download Brother Driver Installer and Install.
- Windows 64-bit - bcciw34013_64.msi
- Windows 32-bit - bcciw34013.msi
Download the UCare Print app, then unzip and run setup.exe. You will likely see a message that the Publisher cannot be verified; click the Install button anyway.
Once the setup is complete, the UCare Print app should open. Click the button for the type of printer you have.
You can now select your printer, enter your UCare address, and click Start. If you use a Brother printer with DK2251 or DK1202 labels, click Settings and choose the corresponding Name tag and Receipt labels.
Return to UCare Church-in and select the Check-in mode (e.g., Assisted, Self, or Attendance Roll). In the Print To dropdown, select the Check-in station name you entered in the Print App, select the default security ticket and name tag for the meetings for which you want printed labels, and click Start.
Each time a family checks in, a print request will be sent to the UCare service, which will then be delivered to the Print App with the matching Station name. This may mean a few seconds delay before the labels start printing.
