There are three formats you can pick from when exporting a meeting: CSV, Web Page Format, and PDF. CSV will export all people in the meeting to a simple spreadsheet that you can use in Microsoft Excel and many other programs. The Web Page format will display all the meeting attendees in tabular format, which is handy if you want to print the report quickly. Selecting PDF can be useful when you want to print all the people in the meeting in a church directory.
Note: If you select any "check-in/out" details, then people will be listed for each time they were checked in to the meeting.
Tip: Selecting PDF format will display an option to include photos in the exported directory.
