At the top of the screen, tap + New and then tap Meeting in the menu.
When adding a Meeting, select an event or group for the meeting to be placed under. Meetings are an easy way to find where people are connected, and knowing when people stop attending allows you to offer the help they need more easily.
📝 Note: UCare creates repeating meetings 12 hours before they are next due to start.
📝 Note: Meetings appear in Check-in 90 minutes before a meeting starts.
📝 Note: UCare sends attendance reminders 30 minutes before a meeting starts.
💡 Tip: If the last item you viewed was a group or event, that item will be selected in the Group or Event field.
💡 Tip: If you don’t want to record check-in/out times, uncheck the option.
💡 Tip: The people the attendance reminder is sent to don’t need access to UCare; the email will include a link to their attendance Form that they can quickly fill out. When they hit save, an email will be sent to the group’s leaders.
