Add a meeting

At the top of the screen tap + New and then tap Meeting in the menu.

 

When adding a Meeting, select an event or group for the meeting to be placed under. Meetings are an easy way to find out where people are connected, and knowing when people stop attending lets, you more easily offer the help they need.

Note: UCare creates repeating meetings 12 hours before they are next due to run.

Note: Meetings show up in the check-in kiosk 90 minutes before a meeting starts.

Note: Attendance reminders are sent 30 minutes before a meeting starts.

Tip: If the last item you viewed was a group or event, then that item will be selected in the Group or Event field.

Tip: If you don't want to record check-in/out times, then uncheck the option.

Tip: The people the attendance reminder is sent to don't need access to UCare; the email will include a link to their attendance form that they can quickly fill out. When they hit save an email will be sent to the leaders of the group.
