1. What other costs are there?

None!

There are no added costs to give to your church using UCare Giving.

 

2. Is my payment information?

Yes!

The security of your payment information is our highest priority.

We don't store or transmit any of your payment information. Instead, we hand this responsibility to the most secure payment service in the industry. Our payment partner securely stores and transmits your payment information over HTTPS with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance (the most secure level).

 

3. Will you sell my data?

No!

We will never sell your personal information or give it to third parties. We will also not use it for advertising purposes.

 

4. Will I be notified when my credit/debit card or bank account is charged?

Yes!

Every time you're charged you will be emailed a confirmation.

 

5. Can I get a refund?

Yes!

Contact your church if you've given the wrong amount. They will be able to refund the donation.

For card donations, expect the refund to take 2-3 days. For direct debit donations, you can expect the refund to take up to 7 business days.

 

6. Can I get a giving statement?

Yes!

Contact your church and they will be able to issue you a statement of all your giving for tax purposes.

 

7. Can I change my information or a future donation?

Yes!
