To browse events, tap Events in the left-hand nav bar.
The Events page displays events by the event type and year; when you pick another type or date, the list of events updates.
Tip: If you open each event in a new tab, you can keep your place in the list as you browse through events. You can open events in a new tab by holding down Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) before clicking on the event.
If you check the boxes to the left of each event, you’ll get the following bulk action options:
Change event type...: Change the type of the selected events.
Change event visibility...: Change the visibility of the selected events to Hidden, Shared, Published, or Featured.
Change group restrictions...: Change the security areas of the selected events.
Duplicate selected events: Create a duplicate of each of the selected events.
Delete selected forms: Delete all the selected events.
Share published events
You can find a button to Share published events on the top right of the Events page.
Subscribe to events
On the top right of the Events page, you can find a button to Subscribe to the events in UCare to your favorite calendar app.
If you subscribe to your events, you receive reminders on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Tapping subscribe should open your calendar app; here are two articles that help with adding your event to Google calendar or Outlook.com calendar.
You can find a button for Event reports on the top right of the Events page. These summary reports generate reports across multiple event types. The available report is:
Event summary: report on total tickets, sales, discounts, and refunds.
