Manage ticketing for your events, both large and small. UCare processes payments and helps you keep in contact with event attendees via SMS or email. You can add an event list and booking forms to your website; this makes it simple to publish new events to your website just by adding the event to UCare. UCare even lets you can use any smartphone to scan tickets, check-in kids and attendees, and track attendance.
The sold progress bar displays how many tickets are sold and the total amount charged. Likewise, the refunded progress bar shows how many tickets are refunded and the total amount refunded. The last progress bar, "Checked in," displays the total number of people checked-in by having their ticket scanned. Learn more about checking-in attendees.
Tip: When tickets are free, people often don't turn up for events making it hard to manage seating levels. A simple answer to this problem is to charge a small amount for tickets and then refund the tickets at the end of the night. You may even suggest to attendees on the night that not refunding their tickets is an easy way to support the event. The refund progress bar makes it easy for you to keep track of how many tickets have been refunded.
Tip: Hovering or tapping the photo will display options to change, edit or delete the photo, and on tablets and phones, you will be able to change the photo using the camera.
The top right commands include the following options depending on your access level. These options may be displayed under the ... options button if you are using a device with a small screen:
- Check in
- Send SMS message
- New email message
- Share event booking form
- Duplicate event
- Edit event
- Add tasks
For people to book tickets to an event, the event needs to have one or more ticket types. You can add ticket types by tapping the "New ticket type" button on the Ticket types tab. The Ticket types tab also shows how many tickets are allocated for each ticket type.
Event meetings are used to check people in and keep track of adult or even children's attendance at your event.
UCare creates a meeting when the event is created. If you have a multi-day event or different classes, then you may want to create additional event meetings to track attendance.
The report tab gives you the ability to create reports for different needs. The current event reports are:
- Sales chart
- View notes
- Export payments
- Export attendees
- Export addresses - create directory
- Export attendance
- Export meeting stats

The print tab is where you'll find options to print the event attendees. You can either print to a PDF or a DYMO LabelWriter. The following print options are available:

Tip: You can use Name tag labels - Avery Labels with the Avery 2 x 5 size to create name tags to use inside lanyards. The name tag can include a barcode to make it quick and easy to look up the attendee in UCare if they want to make a purchase or re-register. Selecting Print a border around labels will add a border that you can use as crop marks.
Tip: If you have recorded allergies and want that info printed on labels, then ensure the "Print check-in info" option is selected.
If you are an admin, the history tab displays all the people that have viewed this event and all the changes made. For non-admins, the history tab show's all your updates to the event.
